Pork Cuts
We raise our pigs on pasture for several reasons. Pigs on pasture normally are healthier than pigs in confinement. Pigs on pasture, their meat has higher amounts of omega 3, and their meat is this beautiful red meat. Pigs in confinements normally have quite a bit of oder, that is part of the reason most people do not like pigs because of the oder. What most people do not realize is if pigs are raised on pasture, there normally is not hardly any oder at all. Pigs will actually browse and eat grass if allowed to. Our pigs root around in the grass and make wallows for themselves. They enjoy the sun and do what pigs enjoy most, having the freedom to walk around.

Pasture Raised Eggs
You will taste an immediate difference between our pasture raised eggs and grocery store eggs. On the exterior of the egg carton it says Farm Fresh Eggs and that is exactly what we have. They have lots of flavor and more nutrients than what you can buy over the counter at most grocery stores. Our chickens are on pasture which creates these beautiful orange yolks in the eggs. Once you try them, it may be hard to go back to grocery store eggs.

We recently took our first steer to the locker and are starting to sell beef bundles. Our beef is grass fed. We have noticed that people are very opinionated on how they like their beef finished whether grass or corn. Because we are trying to stay away from all gmo feed, we elect to grass finish our beef.
