Pork cuts
Our pigs are out on pasture rooting all kinds holes and just enjoying being pigs. They are supplemented with non GMO feed. They have not been given any antibiotics, hormones or injections of any kind. All of our pork cuts are USDA inspected. The meat is a deep red color. Most all pigs raised in confinement, their meat is a pink color because they do not get sunlight and they do not have much room to walk around in.
Poultry
Our chickens are out on pasture during the warmer months. They eat grass and chase after bugs. We get these lushes brown eggs. The yolks are a deep orange color. We also sell frozen whole meat birds. They are ready to be put directly into the oven or however you decide to prepare them. Some of our birds have been cut up into cuts so you can purchase packages of thighs, wings, legs or breasts. We have received a lot of good feed back on our meat birds and eggs concerning flavor. This is definitely not your super market bird flavor.
Vermicompost (Worm compost)
Your plants will thank you when you sprinkle a little of this around the base of each plant. Healthy plants are more resistant to bugs. You will also notice bigger plants and larger yields. Most all of our customers say they were suprised at the difference it has made with their plants and yields.
